Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of $35.00 per adult will be required to process this application. Credit and Criminal Histories will be checked through Equifax, P.O. Box 105873, Atlanta, GA 30348, and RealPage, Inc., P.O. Box 118889, Carrolton, TX 75011.
